…with Satan’s lies we are bound by them and therefore we’re easily manipulated by him, like being controlled by the strings of a puppet.

We recently studied Romans 13:12, “The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.”

We must wake up to the very real possibility that we are living in the darkness, but it’s up to us to lay aside the deeds of darkness. As long as we linger into the muddy waters of these kinds of deeds or attitudes, we are subject to those demonic rulers and authorities.

We must decide.

Do we want to stroll through life living under the devil’s authority, or will we choose to accept the treasures of light in our hearts buried underneath all the rubble?

Our willingness to seek the truth and then accept it, helps us out of the rubble—out of the darkness and into the light.

The Word of God calls us out of the darkness.

Jesus calls us into the light.

The Holy Spirit waits for us to unleash Him from our hearts. There is power in His light!

Choose light today, and continue to walk in it more and more until you are firmly rooted in it! Change your life by seeking the light of truth in your own heart. That’s where you’ll find Jesus waiting for you. He eagerly waits to heal and restore you to the abundant life He died to give you.

Study the Bible verse of Colossians 2:15, and recognize the victory available to you in Jesus Christ. Believe and receive.
