Father God, when we finally come to ourselves, after all the searching, striving, worrying and wondering, our souls find rest in You. The world holds no answers, but You do. When there is no way, You are the Way. Where there is no solution, You are our salvation. When there is not enough, You are more than enough.

You are a Good Father, Who takes care of everything. You perfect all that concerns us. We come to You with everything that concerns us, Lord, with the burdens that are too heavy, too complicated and confusing, and we lay them at Your feet. When we can’t make it work, You hold the answer in Your hand.

We choose to be certain of those things which we cannot see, the very definition of faith. Our rest comes when we know and believe that You’ve got it. Your Word says that our faith pleases You and that You reward those who earnestly seek You.

We seek You earnestly, Lord, and rest in You while You take care of things, for that’s what a good father does for His children. Amen.
