Father, stir up the mercy in Your heart to look past our stubbornness. Please forgive us. Thank You for remembering that we are but dust. In Christ, our sins are removed as far as the east is from the west. Though our sins were like scarlet, they are now white as snow in Jesus Christ. We are clean because of the Word You have spoken to us.
Lord God, give us the strength and boldness in our soul to rise up and do what Your Word commands. May fear, stubbornness, laziness and lack hold us back no longer. We need You, Lord. We need Your help. May Your perfect love come in behind and lift us out of the shell of our limitations. Only steadfast love and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
