Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise.

Daily Prayer

Thank You, Father, for the advice You give us through Your Word and Your people. Thank You for Your discipline, which is revealed to us through our circumstances. Help us gain wisdom so we can repent from the things that cause harm to us or to others.

We surrender to Your leadership and to Your authority, for You know how to take care of us. You are a Good Father. Even when it doesn’t make sense to us, Lord, help us to follow Your instructions and follow Your lead.

Order our steps by the Light of Your Truth and the glory of Your Name. Help us to surrender where we need to surrender and to act when we need to act, and the discernment to know the difference.

We look for the revelation of the glory of Your Kingdom to rise among Your people. Jesus Christ made it possible, and we take hold of the riches of Your grace in Him. We thank You for it. Amen.
