God’s Plan for Our Calling to Become a Superhero

1.  Forget your past and look toward the future God has planned for you!

Your past is not an anchor, you are not stuck there. Your past is a catapult that will launch you into the path God has for you. Stop listening to Satan’s lies!

Philippians 3:13 – Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead

2.  God wants to affect generations.

Your calling is not just for the here and now…it is for generations to come.

Psalm 112:1-2 – Praise the Lord! How blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who greatly delights in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed.

3.  God wants to increase your territory.

God wants not only to bless you, but to extend your reach for Him and protect you.

1 Chronicles 4:10 – Now Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, “Oh that You would bless me indeed and enlarge my border, and that Your hand might be with me, and that You would keep me from harm that it may not pain me!” And God granted him what he requested.

4.  God’s got your back.

God will not assign your calling and leave you. He is always with there for strength, protection and guidance.

Isaiah 41:10 – fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

5.  Your future is Prosperity and Hope

When God gives you His plans (His calling on your life), it’s not to hurt you, it’s to grow you, prosper you, and give you hope!

Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
